Narooma meditation helps you make friends with your mind. As this friendship develops you’ll experience better focus and mental clarity. Just as a child learns to walk by first crawling, meditation takes time to learn. We begin by finding a comfortable sitting position that enables us to be physically still. Then we focus the mind for short periods, slowly extending the time. We learn simple techniques to improve our concentration. This gives you a range of methods to choose from so that you can discover what works for you. With practice you can experience stillness, regardless of your environment.

I also offer 5-week Narooma Meditation courses. The next meditation Narooma and Kianga course will run from 1st to 29th March 2017 on Wednesday evenings 5:30pm-6:45pm. This is a small group so please book early to avoid disappointment.
