This gentle yet powerful technique teaches you how to channel universal energy through your hands for healing yourself, family, friends and animals. You will learn how to balance your energy, meditation techniques, understand chakras and how to do a reiki treatment on yourself and others. Reiki Level 1 is the beginner level.
